This is my Fishing Lures Contest Entry :-)
I visited a friend the other day and she had this amazing toy for her grandchildren to play with. It was a hand carved wooden fish that was flexible. It moved just like a fish and gave a very strange feeling when held. The toy felt almost alive.... even though you knew it wasn't. I've also seen fishing lures that look like segmented fish and so I drew these as a depiction of the fish, the lure and the toy, with pretty fishing flies luring them.
