down to my last 7 bucks, I was doomed to spend fall
Bikes have represented freedom for me as long as I can remember. As a miserable college sophomore down to my last 7 bucks, I was doomed to spend fall break in the dorm. Instead, I hopped on my bike and rode from Ithaca to Philadelphia to visit my sweetheart (now wife). Since that day I've known that as long as I have a bike, I'm a free man. This particular bike is a loose rendering of the velveteen rabbit of bicycles, my beloved nearly antique recumbent.
